REFUND POLICY

At AIMusicGens, we want users to have a clear and predictable purchase experience. Please review this Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription, credits, or other paid Services.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must meet both of the following conditions:
- Time limit: You must request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date.
- Credit usage limit: You must have used 20 credits or fewer from the purchase.
If more than 3 days have passed since purchase, or if you have used more than 20 credits, the purchase is not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@aimusicgens.com and include:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Order number, invoice ID, or transaction reference.
- Purchase date.
- The plan, credit package, or product purchased.
- The reason for the refund request.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
3. Review and Processing
After we receive your request, we will review your account, purchase details, and credit usage. We will notify you of the outcome after review.
If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, and local payment method.
4. Processing Fees
Approved refunds may be reduced by payment processing, transaction, or administrative fees. Any such fee will not exceed 6% of the initial payment amount, unless a different amount is required or prohibited by applicable law.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Except where required by law, refunds are not available for:
- Requests submitted more than 3 days after purchase.
- Purchases where more than 20 credits have been used.
- Account suspension or termination caused by violation of the Terms of Service.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
- Dissatisfaction caused by not reviewing plan limits, credit usage, or feature descriptions before purchase.
- Issues caused by third-party payment providers, banks, card issuers, or incorrect billing information supplied by the user.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already paid. After cancellation, paid access generally remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
7. Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@aimusicgens.com as soon as possible with your account and transaction details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the charge or issue a refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Services with a new effective date. The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase unless required otherwise by law.
