LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
This License Agreement explains how content generated with AIMusicGens may be used. It works together with the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and the plan details shown on the Pricing page.
1. Generated Content
AIMusicGens lets users create music, lyrics, instrumentals, stems, edits, and related audio assets through AI-powered workflows. As between you and AIMusicGens, and subject to your compliance with the Terms, your active plan, and this License Agreement, AIMusicGens does not claim ownership of your generated Output.
AI-generated Output may not be unique. Similar or identical Output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing any Output before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or using it in client, brand, advertising, platform, or commercial projects.
2. Free Usage
Free usage is for evaluation, testing, and personal exploration. Content generated through free usage does not include commercial rights, commercial license certificates, or paid-plan download and privacy features unless stated otherwise in the product.
3. Paid Plans
Paid plans may include higher generation limits, private generations, downloads, certificate workflows, and other paid features shown on the Pricing page.
Commercial usage scope follows the active paid plan terms shown at purchase and this License Agreement.
4. Active Paid Subscription
An Active Paid Subscription includes commercial usage rights under the active paid plan and this License Agreement. Free usage does not include this paid commercial rights package unless AIMusicGens expressly states otherwise in current plan terms.
For active paid-plan users, covered Output may be used in personal, creator, client, business, brand, monetized video, podcast, social media, advertising, and similar commercial projects, subject to the Terms, this License Agreement, provider terms, platform rules, and applicable law.
Paid-plan users may also access commercial license certificate workflows for supported eligible tracks while they have an Active Paid Subscription.
5. Commercial License Certificates
A Commercial License Certificate is documentation that a supported AIMusicGens track is associated with an Active Paid Subscription commercial license workflow. Certificates are available only to users with an Active Paid Subscription and only for supported eligible tracks, unless AIMusicGens expressly states a different policy in writing.
Certificates do not guarantee that Output is unique, non-infringing, accepted by every platform, or free from third-party claims. You remain responsible for reviewing the Output and confirming that your intended use is lawful and appropriate.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Use Output in a way that violates the Terms, this License Agreement, platform rules, or applicable law.
- Claim rights beyond those granted by your active plan and this License Agreement.
- Use Output that infringes or misappropriates third-party rights.
- Submit prompts, lyrics, audio, names, likenesses, brands, or other materials you do not have the right to use.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute Output in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, exclusivity, or rights that AIMusicGens has not granted.
7. Your Responsibility
Before publishing or using Output commercially, you should consider whether your project needs additional permissions, clearances, attribution, platform disclosures, or third-party licenses. This may include rights related to uploaded materials, lyrics, samples, trademarks, names, likenesses, or other protected content.
8. Cancellation and Plan Changes
Commercial rights and certificate eligibility depend on the plan terms that apply to your account. Canceling, downgrading, or changing your plan may affect future generation, download, privacy, and certificate workflows. Rights for previously covered Output remain subject to the Terms and plan conditions in effect for that Output.
