This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and scripts that help a website or service recognize a browser, remember settings, measure use, or support security and payment workflows.
Some technologies are set directly by AIMusicGens. Others are set by service providers or third parties that help us operate the Services, process payments, measure performance, prevent abuse, or understand marketing effectiveness.

- Protect accounts, payments, generation workflows, and the Services from fraud, abuse, and security risks.

These technologies remember settings and product state, such as generation form drafts, workflow progress, returned-page state, and other preferences that make the Services easier to use.

These technologies help us understand how visitors and account holders use the Services, which pages and tools are used, where errors occur, and how product workflows perform. We may use Google Analytics or similar providers for this purpose.
Advertising and Attribution
These technologies help us understand referral sources, campaign performance, and whether ads or product communications led to visits, signups, checkout, or other events. We may use Google Ads or similar services where enabled.

Third-party providers may process information under their own policies when their technologies are used. For example, payment processing is handled by Stripe, and analytics or advertising measurement may be handled by Google or similar providers.

You can control many cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device settings. Most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing cookies, limit third-party cookies, or receive alerts before cookies are stored.
If you block or delete cookies, some features may not work correctly. Login, subscription, checkout, generation history, certificate workflows, fraud prevention, and saved product state may be affected.
Where we provide a cookie banner, preference center, or similar cookie setting tool, you can use it to manage non-essential analytics, advertising, or attribution technologies. Browser controls remain available even when an in-product preference tool is not shown.
6. Consent and Withdrawal

If you have given consent, you may withdraw it by using available cookie controls, adjusting your browser settings, enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal, or contacting us.

Your opt-out may be limited to the browser, device, or account information we can reasonably recognize, and it may not disable strictly necessary service technologies.
