COOKIE POLICY

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AIMusicGens ("AIMusicGens," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies when you use https://www.aimusicgens.com, our applications, tools, features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and scripts that help a website or service recognize a browser, remember settings, measure use, or support security and payment workflows.

Some technologies are set directly by AIMusicGens. Others are set by service providers or third parties that help us operate the Services, process payments, measure performance, prevent abuse, or understand marketing effectiveness.

2. How We Use These Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in and secure your session.
  • Protect accounts, payments, generation workflows, and the Services from fraud, abuse, and security risks.
  • Remember product preferences, form state, locale choices, and related settings.
  • Support checkout, subscription management, invoices, and payment security.
  • Understand traffic, feature usage, conversion paths, and performance.
  • Diagnose errors and improve reliability.
  • Measure the effectiveness of product and marketing communications.

Strictly necessary technologies are required for core service operation. Optional analytics, performance, advertising, or attribution technologies may be controlled as described below.

3. Cookie Categories

Strictly Necessary

These technologies are required to provide the Services, authenticate users, route traffic, process payments, maintain security, prevent fraud, and remember actions needed for core product flows. The Services may not work correctly if these technologies are blocked.

Functional

These technologies remember settings and product state, such as generation form drafts, workflow progress, returned-page state, and other preferences that make the Services easier to use.

Analytics and Performance

These technologies help us understand how visitors and account holders use the Services, which pages and tools are used, where errors occur, and how product workflows perform. We may use Google Analytics or similar providers for this purpose.

Advertising and Attribution

These technologies help us understand referral sources, campaign performance, and whether ads or product communications led to visits, signups, checkout, or other events. We may use Google Ads or similar services where enabled.

4. Cookie List

The specific cookies and storage keys used by the Services may change as our product and providers change. The table below describes the main categories we expect to use.

Third-party providers may process information under their own policies when their technologies are used. For example, payment processing is handled by Stripe, and analytics or advertising measurement may be handled by Google or similar providers.

5. Cookie Settings and Browser Controls

You can control many cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device settings. Most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing cookies, limit third-party cookies, or receive alerts before cookies are stored.

If you block or delete cookies, some features may not work correctly. Login, subscription, checkout, generation history, certificate workflows, fraud prevention, and saved product state may be affected.

Where we provide a cookie banner, preference center, or similar cookie setting tool, you can use it to manage non-essential analytics, advertising, or attribution technologies. Browser controls remain available even when an in-product preference tool is not shown.

6. Consent and Withdrawal

Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we use an appropriate legal basis, which may include your consent. If you have given consent, you may withdraw it by using available cookie controls, adjusting your browser settings, enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal, or contacting us.

Withdrawing consent or opting out does not affect strictly necessary technologies that are required to provide the Services, maintain security, process payments, or remember privacy choices.

7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Some browsers or extensions can send a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal or similar opt-out preference signal. Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including GPC, as an opt-out from sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for that browser or device.

Some browsers also send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track, we may not respond to all such signals in the same way. We will respond to legally recognized signals where required.

8. Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain analytics, advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising disclosures as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" even when no money changes hands.

Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may use GPC or other legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals. You may also contact support@aimusicgens.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request."

Your opt-out may be limited to the browser, device, or account information we can reasonably recognize, and it may not disable strictly necessary service technologies.

9. Google Analytics and Ads Opt-Out

If Google Analytics or Google Ads technologies are enabled on the Services, you can use Google's controls to limit how Google uses information from sites and apps:

These tools are provided by Google and may be subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on the Services.
